Healthy Hoohoo e-Gift Card Terms & Conditions
The Healthy Hoohoo e-Gift Card ("e-Gift Card") is issued as a unique code redeemable exclusively at Healthy Hoohoo's online store.
e-Gift Cards do not expire and are not subject to service fees, except where required by applicable law. e-Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or cash equivalents except where required by law. e-Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
Promotional discounts, coupon codes, store credits, and other offers may not be applied toward the purchase of e-Gift Cards unless expressly stated. Purchases of e-Gift Cards may not qualify toward minimum purchase thresholds for promotions, discounts, free gifts, or other special offers.
e-Gift Cards may be redeemed toward the purchase of eligible products available at healthyhoohoo.com. If the value of an order exceeds the available e-Gift Card balance, the remaining balance must be paid using an accepted payment method.
Please treat your e-Gift Card like cash. Healthy Hoohoo is not responsible for lost, stolen, unauthorized, or improperly delivered e-Gift Cards. If you believe your e-Gift Card has been lost or stolen, please contact us immediately at info@healthyhoohoo.com. In certain circumstances, and at our sole discretion, we may be able to replace the remaining balance if proof of purchase is provided and the e-Gift Card has not been redeemed.
Healthy Hoohoo reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or hold e-Gift Cards, and to limit or suspend redemption, if fraud, misuse, unauthorized activity, or violations of these Terms & Conditions are suspected. e-Gift Cards are void if copied, transferred for value, resold without authorization, or otherwise obtained or used in violation of these terms.
When purchasing an e-Gift Card, customers may choose to have the e-Gift Card delivered immediately or schedule delivery up to 90 days in advance. Delivery timing is dependent on email service providers and cannot be guaranteed. Please ensure the recipient's email provider allows emails from Healthy Hoohoo and that spam or junk folders are checked if the gift card is not received.
The purchaser is responsible for providing an accurate recipient email address. Healthy Hoohoo is not responsible for e-Gift Cards delivered to an incorrect email address provided during checkout.

Purchase, receipt, or use of a Healthy Hoohoo e-Gift Card constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and all other applicable Healthy Hoohoo policies.
