Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 12, 2026

Healthy Hoohoo® ("Healthy Hoohoo," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and otherwise process personal information when you visit healthyhoohoo.com or another website we own or control, purchase our products, communicate with us, participate in a promotion, subscribe to email or text messages, or otherwise interact with us (collectively, the "Services").

This Policy does not apply to third-party websites, platforms, or services that we do not control. Those third parties process information under their own privacy policies.

1. Personal Information We Collect

The personal information we collect depends on how you interact with us and may include:

  • Contact information, such as your name, email address, telephone number, billing address, shipping address, and gift recipient information.

  • Account information, such as login credentials, saved preferences, and account activity.

  • Order and transaction information, such as products purchased, order history, payment status, discounts, returns, subscriptions, and customer-service records. Payment card details are processed by Shopify and its payment partners; we generally do not receive or store complete payment card numbers.

  • Communications and content, such as messages, product reviews, survey responses, promotion entries, social-media interactions, and information you provide to customer support.

  • Marketing preferences, including email and SMS consent, opt-out status, and interactions with marketing messages.

  • Device and usage information, such as IP address, browser and device type, operating system, device identifiers, referring URLs, pages viewed, links clicked, search and cart activity, approximate location inferred from IP address, and access dates and times.

  • Information from third parties, such as Shopify, payment processors, shipping providers, marketing and analytics partners, social-media platforms, referral sources, and fraud-prevention providers.

  • Other information you choose to provide. Because we sell personal care products, messages, reviews, or survey responses you voluntarily submit may reveal information about health, pregnancy, or other sensitive topics. Please do not send information you do not want us to process. Healthy Hoohoo is not a healthcare provider, and information you provide to us is generally not protected by HIPAA.

If you provide information about another person, such as a gift recipient, you represent that you are authorized to provide it. We use that information to fulfill your request and for related operational purposes.

2. How We Collect Personal Information

We collect personal information:

  • Directly from you, including when you order, create an account, contact us, submit a review, enter a promotion, or subscribe to marketing.

  • Automatically, through cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, server logs, and similar technologies.

  • From service providers and business partners, including our e-commerce platform, payment and fraud-prevention providers, analytics and advertising partners, social-media platforms, shipping providers, and marketing platforms.

3. How We Use Personal Information

We may use personal information to:

  • provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services;

  • process payments, fulfill and deliver orders, manage subscriptions, and handle returns or refunds;

  • create and maintain customer accounts;

  • respond to questions, reviews, requests, and customer-service inquiries;

  • send transactional communications, such as order confirmations, shipping updates, account notices, and service messages;

  • send email or SMS marketing where permitted by law and consistent with your choices;

  • personalize content, recommendations, offers, and advertising;

  • measure website use and marketing performance, conduct analytics, and understand customer interests;

  • administer surveys, giveaways, sweepstakes, promotions, and loyalty or referral programs;

  • detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, security incidents, misuse, and illegal activity;

  • enforce our terms, protect rights and safety, and comply with legal obligations; and

  • carry out another purpose disclosed when information is collected or with your consent.

We may combine information collected from different sources. We may also create aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably identify you. We may use and disclose that information for lawful purposes and will not attempt to re-identify it except as permitted by law.

4. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising Technologies

We and third parties use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember preferences and cart contents, understand Site use, measure marketing performance, prevent fraud, and personalize content and advertising.

These technologies may allow us and our partners to collect device and usage information over time and across websites or services. Advertising partners may receive information that a browser or device visited our Site, viewed or purchased a product, or interacted with an advertisement. Depending on applicable law, some activity may be considered "targeted advertising," "sharing," or a "sale" of personal information even when no money is exchanged.

You can manage certain cookies through any cookie-preference tool on our Site and through browser settings. Blocking cookies may cause some Site features to work improperly. You may also adjust preferences directly with advertising platforms. Where required by law, we recognize opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC) as a request to opt out of covered sale, sharing, or targeted advertising for the browser or device sending the signal. Because there is not yet a consistent industry standard for all "Do Not Track" signals, we do not otherwise respond to them.

5. Third-Party Tools and Service Providers

We rely on third parties to help operate our business. These providers may collect personal information directly from you, receive it from us, or place cookies and similar technologies on your device. Depending on the features in use, they may include:

  • Shopify, which hosts our store and provides ecommerce, checkout, account, fraud-prevention, analytics, and related services;

  • payment processors and financial institutions, including payment methods available through Shopify Checkout;

  • Klaviyo and telecommunications providers, which help manage email and SMS signups, customer profiles, campaigns, automations, and message delivery;

  • Google, which may provide analytics, advertising, tag management, and measurement services;

  • Meta, which may provide advertising, audience measurement, social-media, and pixel or conversion services for Facebook and Instagram;

  • TikTok and other social-media or advertising platforms, which may provide advertising, measurement, embedded content, and social features;

  • shipping, fulfillment, and delivery providers, which receive information needed to process and deliver orders;

  • review, survey, customer-support, referral, loyalty, subscription, website-performance, security, and fraud-prevention providers; and

  • professional advisers and business-service providers, such as accountants, attorneys, insurers, and technology consultants.

Providers may process information under their own privacy notices as independent businesses or on our behalf under contract. The providers and technologies we use may change. Learn more in Shopify's Consumer Privacy Policy.

6. How We Disclose Personal Information

We may disclose personal information to:

  • service providers and partners described above to operate the Services;

  • advertising and analytics partners to measure campaigns, create audiences, and deliver or personalize advertising, subject to applicable choices;

  • parties involved in a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, asset sale, or similar transaction;

  • law enforcement, regulators, courts, or others when we reasonably believe disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, property, or the Services; and

  • other parties at your direction, with your consent, or as disclosed when information is collected.

We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing through SMS. We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign or your SMS consent status with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing that campaign. We may disclose your phone number, SMS opt-in, and consent status to vendors that help operate the messaging service, such as messaging platforms, telecommunications providers, and carriers. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase.

7. Email and Text Message Choices

You may unsubscribe from promotional emails through the unsubscribe link in an email. You may opt out of promotional texts by replying STOP or using an unsubscribe link where available. For text help, reply HELP or contact us below. Message and data rates may apply; frequency varies.

Opting out of marketing does not prevent non-promotional communications, such as order, account, security, or customer-service messages. Email consent and SMS consent are managed separately.

For complete program rules, review our Mobile Terms of Service wherever presented during SMS signup or on our Terms and Conditions page.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live and subject to legal exceptions, you may have the right to:

  • confirm whether we process your personal information and access it;

  • correct inaccurate personal information;

  • request deletion;

  • obtain a portable copy of certain information;

  • opt out of targeted advertising, sale or sharing, or certain profiling;

  • withdraw consent where processing relies on consent; and

  • appeal our refusal to act on a request.

To submit a request, email info@healthyhoohoo.com with the subject Privacy Request. Describe your request and provide the email address associated with your account or transactions. We may verify your identity before responding and will use verification information only to process the request.

Where permitted, an authorized agent may submit a request. We may require proof of authorization and ask you to verify your identity directly. If we deny an appeal, we will provide any additional appeal or complaint options required by law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable right. Some information may be exempt, including information we must retain to comply with law, complete transactions, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal information as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including to provide Services, maintain business and tax records, fulfill orders, manage subscriptions and consent records, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with law. Periods vary based on the type and sensitivity of information, why it was collected, and legal requirements. We may retain aggregated or de-identified information longer where permitted.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No Internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and notifying us if you believe your account is compromised.

11. Children's Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child under 13 provided information to us, contact us so we can take appropriate steps to delete it.

12. Third-Party Websites and Social Media

The Services may link to third-party websites, social networks, or embedded content we do not control. Interactions with those services are governed by the third party's privacy policy. Information posted publicly, including on social media or in a public review, may be visible and used by others. Use care before posting personal or sensitive information publicly.

13. International Visitors

Healthy Hoohoo is based in the United States. If you access the Services from elsewhere, information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate. Those countries may have different privacy laws. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in our practices, technology, services, or legal obligations. We will post the updated version and revise the "Last updated" date. If required by law, we will provide additional notice or request consent before a material change takes effect.
