Shipping Policy

healthy hoohoo® aims to deliver promptly. However, there may be reasons for healthy hoohoo®’s inability to ship according to its targeted dates due to circumstances beyond healthy hoohoo®’s control. Accordingly, any dates given by healthy hoohoo® for delivery of products are estimates only. healthy hoohoo® does not guarantee specific delivery dates. The customer may cancel the order at any stage prior to dispatch of your products by healthy hoohoo®. If a product cannot be delivered by any estimated or targeted dates, healthy hoohoo® may elect to cancel the order and refund any money paid by the customer.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Once you place your order, it's then fulfilled by our Fulfillment Team. At that point, you will receive an “Order Confirmation” email from healthy hoohoo®. This email will contain all of your order details, including order number, shipping address, billing address, and list of all ordered products. 

Once your order has shipped out from our fulfillment center, you will then receive a “Shipping Confirmation” email from healthy hoohoo®. If you selected a tracked shipping method, you will receive your tracking information, along with the necessary steps to track your order, within this email. Please note, our priority is to get healthy hoohoo® products to our gal pals as quickly as possible. Therefore, orders are generally fulfilled same day or next business day. 

All orders placed Sunday through Thursday are shipped on the following business day. All orders placed Friday and Saturday will ship on the following Monday.

HOW ARE SHIPPING RATES DETERMINED?

Shipping rates vary depending on the shipping method you selected during checkout and the weight of your order. To calculate the exact cost of shipping for your order, please follow the steps below:

  1. Add all your products to your Shopping Cart
  2. Go to your Shopping Cart (top right of browser screen), then select “Check Out”
  3. Enter your email and shipping address
  4. Shipping options will be presented on the following page

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Before checking out and placing your order, the shipping method will give you an estimated delivery date. Delivery dates are not guaranteed. Please anticipate delays due to the pandemic, labor issues, and the peak holiday season.

If you placed an order and chose USPS Priority Mail 2-Day shipping, the USPS does NOT guarantee delivery within 2 business days. Therefore, healthy hoohoo® cannot guarantee you will receive your order within that timeframe. 

Please note: All orders placed Sunday-Thursday are shipped on the following business day (the 2-day shipping doesn't start until your order is shipped). All orders placed on Friday and Saturday will be shipped on the following Monday morning. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not business days.
